Hi! I am Mary Tilger, the founder, President, Agency Director and multiple hat wearer at Luminate Advertising. A Colorado native, I live and work in the Broomfield area, a suburb of Denver. When I am not working, I like to read, exercise and practice the fine art of being a hockey mom. I have an awesome husband, Mike, and 2 sporty boys, Shane (11) and Adam (10). I am a dog person and have one amazing golden retriever, Ellie, who holds the title of Chief People Pleaser here at Luminate Advertising.

Prior to founding Luminate Advertising, I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Economics. Upon realizing that I had a degree in an industry that completely bored me, I followed my creative thumb and started an advertising agency.

In 1996, my Mac, fax, phone and I started Ad Publishing Source, Inc. Although it was small, I had big dreams. Within a year, I added award winning graphic designers to the team. Our focus was recruitment advertising for companies who were hiring like crazy in the late 90's and early 2000's. Hospitals, theme parks, universities and dot coms were our niche. We handled their needs with the expertise they required in order to reach and hire top talent.

By 2009 we had worked hard, proven ourselves, and expanded beyond just recruitment advertising and placing classified ads, so we rebranded and became Luminate Advertising.

After nearly 14 years, we continue to work hard, prove ourselves and brighten our clients' brands.
